Designed and manufactured a parametric interlocking number block with Boss 3 and Pocket 4 features using Fusion 360 CAD/CAM workflows

Created engineering drawings, CAM toolpaths, and dimensional inspections while validating fit and manufacturability through PLA prototypes, machined POM test parts on a Tormach CNC mill, and final aluminum production
