The extruder grips incoming wire between two rollers to maintain precise control while feeding. A coupling axle keeps the extruder rollers synchronized with rollers on the storage module side.

The mandrel supports the wire while the bending head pivots to create small radius corners

Bending Head

The pulley-driven elevator system raises and lowers the entire bending head to allow it to pass under the wire supported by the mandrel when changing bending directions
