OVERVIEW

Contributed to the design and release of second-row seat structures shared between the Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition programs. Integrated trim, foam, and structural components to meet comfort, durability, and manufacturability targets. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure FMVSS compliance for occupant restraints, supported validation testing, and resolved launch-phase fit and finish issues to deliver high-quality seating systems across both vehicle lines.
