OVERVIEW
As part of the Lincoln Continental launch team, I owned the design and release of interior door trim components, collaborating across design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure premium craftsmanship and on-time delivery. During validation and launch, I led rapid root-cause analysis and coordinated rework activities to resolve multiple production issues before the next shift, securing build continuity and quality targets for the vehicle’s interior systems.
