- Reverse engineered a precision seed planting machine and developed a comprehensive CAD model with emphasis on manufacturability, modularity, and structural reliability. The project aimed to translate the fabricated prototype into a digital model that could be refined for CNC cutting, welding, and assembly validation
- As an individual contributor, I focused on the chassis subsystem. My work involved creating the detailed SolidWorks model of the chassis and integrating it into the larger assembly to ensure proper fit and function.
- I also performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to study load distribution, stress concentrations, and deformation patterns. This allowed me to validate the chassis design for stability across variable terrain and operational conditions, while also identifying opportunities for structural optimization and improved manufacturability.
