PROBLEM STATEMENT
Design and fabricate a durable, safe-to-handle sheet-metal pencil holder (with side panels and a second tier) using laser cutting, bending, riveting, and spot welding, while meeting key dimensional targets (nominally 5" height, 3" width, 3" depth, with ± 0.1 in tolerances) and producing a clean finish with deburred edges suitable for everyday use.
