ABOUT ME

I am a mechanical engineering student at Florida A&M University interested in mechanical design, additive manufacturing, materials, and hands-on product development. I apply engineering principles through CAD, analysis, prototyping, testing, and design refinement to transform concepts into functional physical products.


My engineering experience includes additive manufacturing research at the Penn State Applied Research Laboratory, where I fabricated autonomous-fish components using FDM and resin printing, operated a Formlabs Form 3L with Rigid 10K resin, supported buoyancy analysis, compared physical prototypes with SolidWorks mass-property estimates, and contributed to electronics assembly and technical documentation.


As the founder of Print Pro 3D Designs, I have designed and fulfilled more than 300 custom orders. I initially produced parts using an Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro, which I independently operated, maintained, and troubleshot before upgrading to a Bambu Lab A1 Combo with an Automatic Material System (AMS) to expand my multicolor and batch-production capabilities. Managing the complete CAD to product process has strengthened my experience in dimensional refinement, design for additive manufacturing, print-parameter optimization, quality control, equipment troubleshooting, and repeatable FDM production.


I am interested in opportunities where I can combine mechanical engineering fundamentals, creative problem-solving, and additive manufacturing to develop functional products and mechanical systems.
