Objective: Design and fabricate a mechanism for the 2024 Rose Parade
- Simulate the organic motion of an eel's dorsal fin
- Achieve axial rotation along irregularly curved 12 foot long design envelope
- Allow for easily accessible integration of hydraulics and Gilderfluke animation system
