Over the past 7 years, I’ve been responsible for end-to-end product releases, managing Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring predictable, high-quality deliveries across multiple time zones.

I combine leadership with hands-on technical oversight, including code review, CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting, and automation of processes to improve reliability and efficiency. By implementing best practices, my teams have increased sprint throughput, reduced deployment failures, and minimized production incidents, ensuring consistent delivery of value to customers.

I am passionate about emerging technologies, especially Cloud and AI/GenAI, and actively upskilling in Azure AI, RAG, Semantic Kernel, and AI-assisted workflows.
