Hello! I’m Nikhil, a Mechanical Engineering student at Georgia Tech from Flower Mound, Texas, and I’ve always liked figuring out how things work and how they can work better. I didn’t start out knowing I’d go into ME, but the more I designed and built things, the more it clicked that I enjoy making ideas real.
Now I’m focused on solving practical problems and building reliable, well-tested hardware through design and testing. I'm looking for opportunities where I can contribute to mechanical R&D, robotics, and autonomous systems.
Outside of school, I stay active with soccer, basketball, table tennis, and occasional pickleball when friends drag me into it. I really enjoy exploring new food spots, checking out good coffee, and just getting out around with people I enjoy spending time with.
Please feel free to reach out - I’d love to connect!

Worked on real-world beverage dispensing equipment within Coca-Cola’s Equipment R&D group, focusing on reliability testing, data-driven maintenance insights, and hardware validation. My role sat at the intersection of hands-on testing, analysis, and...
This project focuses on developing a tensegrity-based accelerated aging test bench for LiDAR, radar, and camera ADAS sensors, enabling long-term reliability evaluation in a compressed testing window. Since these sensors experience years of thermal...
Designed a conceptual orbital construction robot capable of assembling truss structures in microgravity, modeled entirely in SolidWorks with a focus on mechanism design, structural layout, and multi-axis motion. The robot was created to demonstrate...
This project explored how a small drone could navigate on its own by detecting and avoiding everyday obstacles. A DJI Tello was used as a programmable platform to test object-detection and avoidance behavior, allowing the team to focus on the...
