Worked with a student team to initially implement laser doppler vibrometry to improve the measurement of longitudinal and radial displacements of ultrasonic surgical handpieces. Led the effort in pivoting away from lasers to using computer vision, resulting in significant time and cost savings.

Built an autonomous tour guide robot "Scotty Bot" featuring the likeness of UCR's mascot, Scotty, to give autonomous guides around UCR.

Designed shelving to improve organization and signal quality of RFID readers in a signal-isolating cabinet, learned Python to modify the GUI of a testing rig, and conducted other duties to assist in validation and testing.

Co-founded a student run battlebots club, produced a club roadmap, and created branding elements for the team such as T-shirts and logos.
