At the Atmospheric Modeling and Observational Systems (ATMOS) Lab, my work bridges the gap between hardware engineering and community empowerment. I help deploy and maintain decentralized air quality sensor networks across the Pajaro Valley and North Monterey County, bringing critical environmental…

For this project, I served as a mentor and collaborator guiding a student team through an advanced astrophysical study investigating globular cluster candidates in the M81 and NGC 2403 galaxy groups. We combined photometric data from early Euclid and DSS releases with DESI spectroscopic data to…

In this project, my team and I set out to recreate William Herschel’s historic 1785 'star gaging' experiment using modern astronomical tools and infrared datasets. By pulling catalog data from VizieR (GSC and 2MASS) and processing it through custom Python scripts, we mapped star distributions across…

As a Club Facilitator for Girls Who Code in partnership with the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, I had the privilege of working directly with elementary and middle school students to spark an early passion for technology. My core goal was to create an encouraging, inclusive environment where…
