Project Statement

Develop a heat exchanging system that can be placed within a moving head light and handle heat dissipation in all directions. The system must produce virtually zero decibels (dBA) and low in weight.

Heat Pipe Simulation

heat pipe CFD.png

SolidWorks CFD analysis conducted on one of the heat pipes of the system to simulate the two-phase theory that is happening within the copper pipes. The simulation showcases the liquid condensing and evaporating through the pipes into the wicking structure to cool the system.
