Deeply involved in the mechanical development, manufacturing planning, and approbations of this next-generation luminaire. Working quickly in a cross-functional team to release a working production prototype within a one year project timeline. Named inventor on a patent-pending technology from this project.

• Created drawing specifications to ASME Y14.1000 and utilized GD&T ASME Y14.5 as well as DIN ISO 286.
• Routed cables and made cable / wire harness drawings.
• Experienced with PCBs and motor integrations into a mechanical system.
• Responsible for designing and testing engineering prototypes.
• Connecting with vendors to ensure all part specifications are met.
• Maintaining ECNs and running retrofit operations for future product lines.
• Drove build-to-packages for parts, assemblies, and installations.
• Conducted mechanical tests for safety, efficiency, and durability for finished product.
• Laboratory hardware development to build up and test optical lens, lasers, and LEDs.
• Created photorealistic renderings for marketing.
