Keegan McCarthy

I am a mechanical engineering student at the University of Colorado Boulder pursuing both B.S. and M.S. degrees with an interest in mechanical design, thermal systems, and additive manufacturing. My experience spans aerodynamics design and analysis, mechanical design of flight-tested systems, and composite manufacturing. I have led teams in Formula SAE aerodynamics development, designed flight-critical payload systems for high-altitude research, and co-founded a startup developing wearable safety technology. I excel at integrating CAD design, CFD simulation, and advanced manufacturing techniques to solve complex engineering challenges in aerospace and defense applications.
