I am a Registered Mechanical Engineer and a proud Lasallian graduate dedicated to applying my academic foundation to real-world challenges. I pride myself on being honest, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player who isn't afraid to ask questions to ensure the job is done right. Beyond my technical skills, I am driven by my faith, my family, and a commitment to society. I believe in working with purpose to do good and building a legacy of excellence that will inspire future generations.


I am currently seeking my first professional role, with a strong interest in Design, Process, Sales, and Facilities Engineering. I believe these disciplines offer a comprehensive view of the industrial ecosystem, providing exposure to the most essential departments in the field. By mastering the intersection of technical design and operational efficiency, I aim to build a versatile foundation that will allow me to contribute meaningfully to the industry while providing a stable and prosperous future for my family.


Professional Timeline & Milestones

  • June 2023 | Engineering Design Lead (Thesis)
    • Served as the Technical Lead Designer for the design and fabrication of an innovative Palay Drying Machine.
    • Modeled complex assemblies, managed design revisions, and coordinated directly with fabrication workshops for component sourcing and technical specifications using SolidWorks.


  • July 2023 | Certified Safety Officer II (BOSH SO2)
    • Earned DOLE-OSH Accreditation (No. 1030-032323-0154) via Think Safe Training, Consultancy, and Service Corporation, establishing a strong foundation in occupational health, safety, and basic occupancy.


  • November 2023 – January 2024 | Facilities Engineering & CAD Operations (OJT)
    • Stepped into CAD operator responsibilities at the DLSU-D Building, Facilities, and Maintenance Office.
    • Executed campus-wide site surveys, facility asset mapping, and compliance checks.
    • Conducted QA/QC checks on campus HVAC infrastructure and translated data into updated structural, architectural, and mechanical layouts to facilitate long-term maintenance planning.


  • November 2024 | Project Management Foundations
    • Completed Project Management 101 through MSTConnect PH, gaining foundational knowledge in Traditional, Hybrid, and Agile project management methodologies.


  • February 2025 – June 2025 | Family Business Operations of RODEUS (currently on a non-operating status)
    • Spearheaded the professionalization and corporate compliance (BIR registration) of a start-up enterprise, RODEUS Inc.
    • Applied mechanical engineering principles to consult on material handling trends, product routing, and conceptual intralogistics system specifications.


  • February 2026 | Licensed Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME)
    • Officially passed the Professional Regulation Commission Board of Mechanical Engineering examinations, earning the professional designation of Engr. John Patrick A. Eustaquio, ME.


  • March 2026 | Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt (CSSWB)
    • Attained professional certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies through GoLean Six Sigma (Cert No. 0260201346) to drive operational efficiency and quality engineering solutions.


  • April 2026 | Specialized HVAC Certification
    • Completed the TESDA Online Program (TOP) for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing (DOMRAC), paired with hands-on experience in preventive maintenance of Single Split-type inverter units (Daikin models $\le$ 2 HP).


  • May 2026 | Advanced Commercial HVAC Certification
    • Completed the TESDA Online Program for the Installation of Commercial Air-Conditioning Units NCIII, deepening technical expertise in commercial-scale HVAC system design and execution.


  • Ongoing | Technical Drafting Mastery (ongoing)
    • Currently advancing technical drafting competencies through the specialized Technical Drafting NCII program to further elevate 2D and 3D mechanical layout interpretation.
