ABOUT ME
I'm a second-year Electrical Engineering student at the university of Manitoba. I'm passionate about understanding electrical systems, hardware, and developing projects with real-world applications.
In high school, I took on the role of design lead on a small First Robotics Competition team, where I had the opportunity to develop the foundation of my engineering skills. I designed and integrated mechanical subsystems in CAD, developed an understanding of the electronic components and wiring, and programmed user operated and autonomous modes for the robot in Java.
Now that I'm in university, I joined the University of Manitoba Unmanned Aerial Systems team in the Electronics and Communication department to further develop my skills beyond the classroom. I've learned about the complex systems that go into a competition-ready drone and had the opportunity to work on a custom drone PCB, wiring, technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
I'm still early in my career, and I'm looking forward to continuing to learn through coursework, hands-on projects, and future internship opportunities!
