I'm a mechanical engineering student at Michigan State University with extensive experience in CAD design and manufacturing. Through my leadership role with FIRST Robotics and internship at Carnegie Mellon's Robotics Institute, I've developed expertise in bridging digital design with physical production. I specialize in SolidWorks, manufacturing processes, and have successfully led teams to international competition levels while managing substantial budgets and training programs.
Water Jet sludge removal system
Worked with Tom Brown, Inc. to develop a solution to their water jet clogging issues. The water jet they use for cutting foam would get clogged with debris, and that required it to be cleared regularly. This took the machine down for several days...

Modular construction design study
Worked with Mascaro Construction to research different modular construction methods with the goal of introducing them to Mascaro and working together to implement these newer construction techniques.
Fully 3D printed sequential gearbox
Researched sequential gearboxes in consumer vehicles and race cars. Identified key features that would be needed in the 3d printed version and what features couldn't be accomplished. Made initial sketches and then fully CADed the design in AutoCAD....
