OVERVIEW

This project involves designing and simulating a bottling station in SolidWorks. The Geneva Box is made up of an Assembly including a Geneva Wheel and cam-driven system. To do this project, I created 3D models, assembled the mechanical components and then did a full motion analysis to demonstrate coordinated part movement. The overall goal of this project was to simulate realistic mechanical behavior for automated indexing used in packing systems. This work included CAD modeling, motion simulations, and part assembly, and creating engineering drawings in both isometric and orthographic views.

HighlightS

Creating a SolidWorks assembly with multiple parts. Including given and designed parts.
