Gokulan Kumarananthan

I'm a third-year mechanical engineering student at QUT with a passion for turning design concepts into components that perform under real conditions.

Through QUT Motorsport and my coursework, I've developed strong skills in SolidWorks and ANSYS for design and stress analysis, redesigning suspension systems and delivering solutions that balance performance with practical manufacturing constraints.

I also have experience with MATLAB and Python for engineering calculations and data analysis, complementing my hands-on design work.
