OVERVIEW

Issues: 1.Analog Device's AD9599 Devkit are too bulky and expensive. 2.Aliexpress AD9599 Devkit's output are distorted and clipped heavily during loading due to improper filter design. Solution: 1.Implement Analog Devices recommended 7th order lowpass filter using tighter tolerance component, proper grounding and shielding, and actually using differential to single ended conversion transformer instead of using 50 Ohm resistor. 2.Implement said design in Aliexpress Board foot print and implement separation between Digital and Analog Section to keep the EMI noise low. 3.Designed a proper decoupling scheme for the chip. 4.Used 4 layer board so it can utilized a full ground plane. 5.Implement separate power supply for 3.3V Digital , 1.8V, DIgital , and 1.8V Analog to prevent even more EMI noise radiating from digital section into analog section.
