Role: Responsible Designer – Access and Safety Equipment Tools: SOLIDWORKS | AutoCAD | Sheet Metal Design Overview Led the design and development of a 7-metre modular cat ladder system providing safe and compliant access over a tank bund in a food processing facility. The design applied sheet metal engineering principles to create lightweight, durable components optimised for fabrication and installation. The final assembly incorporated a safety cage, landing platform, and bracket system, ensuring full compliance with working-at-height and access safety standards.
