Project Helix – Street Glide & Road Glide Development (MY23.5–MY24)

Supported design and launch of key body components for Harley-Davidson’s Helix Touring platform, encompassing the MY23.5 Street Glide and Road Glide CVO models and the MY24 production lineup. Delivered high-quality designs under tight timelines by managing supplier quality issues, resolving launch risks, and implementing rapid containment and rework plans. Partnered with cross-functional teams to refine finishes, validate parts, and ensure seamless execution across both model years.
