Panamerica 1250 ST Fender

Managed the successful transfer and launch of the Pan America ST front fender tool from a cancelled program to a new supplier. Oversaw recovery and modification of an aging, partially damaged tool, coordinating with suppliers to implement design and process improvements. Led validation, cosmetic refinements, and PPAP approval to deliver a high-quality production part and extend the tool’s lifecycle for continued use on the Pan America ST platform.
