This motorized cart assistant was inspired by my grandma who had trouble moving her trashcan up and down her driveway. The wheels are connected to low ratio gears which reduce the speed and increase the torque, making it a nice pace for moving. The wheels are decently sized in order to move over bumps or rubble easily. There is a button on the handle where the user grabs which initiates the wheels and stops when released. The object holder can tilt back in case there is a steep hill. This can be done by stepping on the platform in front of the users feet which disengages the locking mechanism, tilting back from the handle to the desired angle, and then releasing the step. This is just a prototype.
