Water Jet sludge removal system

Worked with Tom Brown, Inc. to develop a solution to their water jet clogging issues. The water jet they use for cutting foam would get clogged with debris, and that required it to be cleared regularly. This took the machine down for several days and was costly. I worked with a team to create a solution using chemicals to break down the debris and a series of vacuum pumps to filter it out of the water.
