Prototype ROV

Issues: 1.Prototype need to be made quickly 2. It's should be cheap Solution: 1.Leverage rapid prototyping technology such as 3d printing to shorten cycle time between design,manufacturing,testing and reiterating 2.Used proven off the shelf RC component such as outrunner BLDC motor, Li-Ion cells, and quadcopter ESC to reduce design and implementation. 3. Implement ROV control system using known off the shelf platform such as ESP32 and Raspberry Pi.
